Child Protection Coordinator
Save the Children Fiji (SC Fiji) is a leading child rights Non-Governmental Organisation working to improve the lives of children. SC Fiji is currently recruiting for the following position of Child Protection Coordinator to be based in Suva.
This position is a member of the Child Protection team and will be responsible for the implementation of the Child Protection workplan and program development plans. This includes Child Protection Policy technical support to Civil Society Organisations and Corporate Partners; development and implementation of Child Protection/Safeguarding training with stakeholders.
The position reports to the Program Manager and is directly responsible for Child Protection programmatic growth and securing funding through strategically aligned donors. Potential candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Law, International Relations, Community Development or a Child Protection related field; proven expertise in Child Protection programming with substantial experience in protection development related work in Fiji and at least 3 years’ experience working in an NGO or in a child protection related organisation.
