Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer
The MEAL Officer will be a part of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) team, which monitors and advises on the quality of SCF’s programmes for the Tropical Cyclone Winston response. He/she will serve as a focal point and liaison for carrying out all monitoring surveys, Focus Group Discussions and evaluation assessments in the communities where SCF work. This person will serve as a focal point for liaising with programme teams to prepare and support any required assessments, surveys, Focus Group discussion or various other community engagement, and that they are carried out to high quality and the data used to inform programme development and improvement.

Project Officer – Disaster Risk Reduction
The Project Officer – DRR is responsible for implementation of the MFAT Funded El Nino Drought-Proofing Project. The role includes implementation, monitoring and evaluation, follow-up and evaluation of the project. The post is specifically oriented towards the DRR intervention of the El Nino Drought-Proofing response.

The Communications Officer post is specifically oriented towards the DRR intervention of the El Nino Drought- Proofing Project. The Communications Officer is directly responsible for the development, publication and dissemination of all materials for awareness raising, program promotion, advocacy and SCF profile development in Fiji. The Communications Officer will work alongside the SCF team to maintain and build positive public relationships in Fiji, the region and with SCI members.

Child Participation Officer (Part Time)
Reporting to the Program Manager Development, the Child Participation Officer is responsible for the development of SC Fiji’s child participation programming; specifically, this includes the re-establishment of Kids Link Fiji, a childled initiative of SC Fiji. This position is responsible for meeting the activities and requirements of the SC Fiji Direct Aid Program grant of the Australian High Commission – “Addressing Ending Violence against Children through Child Participation in Fiji”. This position will assist in the development of a Child Participation strategy for SC Fiji and also ensuring that SC Fiji programming and governance includes the participation of children.
